Ivalesa Pintel is a career in information technology, implementing systems to streamline business processes. This experience exposed him to many facets of the home health business, from clinical to financial processes, in which the knowledge obtained to implement new systems was critical to their success. Acknowledging a deficit in his clinical knowledge at times, he obtained is RN license in 2014, to improve his effectiveness in clinical technology process development. Austin served on the MN Home Care Association Board of Directors from 2009 to 2019 including eight years as Treasurer. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Care Providers Workers Compensation Group.
